Fiery brew…there is a very smokey flavour to the aptly named ‘Black Dragon’ cider from the land of my fathers. This award-winning brew is rich in taste and has a kick like a Welsh rugby player. I discovered it at Wetherspoons in Gatwick, and it changed my grim view of airports. Suddenly the vista is colourful and the skies are inviting. Sadly, I’m on my way to Spain, not Swansea. But this is a lovely Celtic start to the holiday.
